i bought a boost mobile zte wedge outta the newspaper when i got it it was locked and now the people arnt answering my calls how can i unlock it ?

Greetings - Is it Security code locked or network locked (if it's network locked you can get it unlocked here for a small fee www.unlockitnow.com/ZTE/ ) - or please do check the ZTE's alphanumeric model number and include it on a repost for more narrowed help.
