There was a small storm (thunder / lightning) lasting a couple hours on December 22, 2011. Apparently it knocked out a service tower. I'm about 30 min north of Boston in Middleton. I lost signal completely that evening and then the next day too.

I called Boost every day till Christmas and each time they said the tower was set to be serviced the next day at 4am. Christmas comes around and on Christmas Eve I called them. They apologized and said it was definitely going to be done Christmas morning at 4am. Guess What? Not done!

So Christmas evening I called and they said the service date is set for the 30th of the month! That's 8 days total of absolutely no service. And I use my cell for my business and have it on my business cards too.

This completely sucks. I'm sure they're going to lose tons of customers since Boston is a very populated city and then all the surrounding cities with 40 min or so.

It's completely crazy. Now I have to buy another phone with another company and start over. Also, they only gave me a $10 credit, then noted the account for another $10 on the 30th, but it's still completely unacceptable!

Read my Boost Review to see a way to bypass the long wait of cust service and get right to the tech dept. Make sure they apply atleast a $10 credit to your account.
