Launch Information Center
I have been attempting to reach a tech support from this lousy company for 2 days. I try to launch carbonite information center and I get the following message: "Page can not be displayed, Make sure the web is correct. Look for the page with your search browser. Refresh the page in a few minutes"

I don't think you quoted the error message precisely, but it appears to be a "page not found" error, or error 404 (even if you didn't see that number). For solution, see http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/404error.htm.
