My Nightscape 8300 Is Not Recognized By The Astrofx Program. I Am Running Vista.

It is 32 bit. Have installed program from web site not cd. Installed drivers and windows says successfully. Installed Ascom 6, etc. Program runs but says no camera installed. Can you help.
