I Have Had Them Charge Over $100 To My Iphone Account And Not Getting Service

And to be frank with you if they will not entertain your request right a tweet on twitter with the issue you are havng and also write about ytheir bad service and #tag it christian mingle. They will have to refund your amount.

- You haven't indicated whether you've tried contact by phone.If not, use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/christianmingle/customer-service. If you have already, call back and (politely) ask for a manager. If no satisfactory resolution . . .
- Complain to corporate; use the corporate contact information at http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/christianmingle/Corporate%20Office.
- Complain to your state's consumer protection agency: see https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer.
- Complain to the United States Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at
https://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/getting-started/.
Consider filing a dispute with your credit/debit card company.. But bear in mind that even if the card company reverses the charge, the merchant may bypass your credit card company and pursue the charge in other ways.
In addition, you may want to consider a review/complaint site like www.complaintsboard.com/, http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, or https://www.yelp.com/, each of which may get action from the offending companies
