Can't Get On Classmates.com
I am unable to get on classmates .com with the password I have. I tried to change my password but to no avail. I have been a member since 2007.

The most common cause of a problem of this kind is a slight difference in the spelling or capitalization. Your statement that you "tried to change my password but to no avail" does not help me answer your concern, since you didn't say exactly what you did to effect the change. I suggest you write the company with this form, being more specfic than you've been here.
