I Did Not Receive Refund For Extra Legroom Seat That I Paid For.

Return flight from Aruba - paid for extra legroom seat ($79) but was not available...I did not receive credit on credit card. Also, flight had emergency landing in Puerto Rico - my sibling received $100 coupon for future flight - I did not receive. January 14 - Flight CO1039

You can call Continental Airlines - now Delta Airlines - 1-800-589-558224/7.

Why your sibling received a credit/coupon and you did not may have been inadvertent on the part of the UA staff.

You can also read the United Airlines Rules in their Contract of Carriage. (scroll down that linked page to the PDF box and open that). Please refer to Rule 27 - Refunds Section C) 5 and 6) pdf page 39 and Section A) 3) page 39 also. More inportantly see H) Overcharge refunds and I) Optional services which are specific to your situation and found on pdf page 41.

Knowing how much time as elapsed since your flight but I would suggest that you contact United Airlines asap.
