@ A Letter To Customer Service

Hi, back on Jan.3 2012 I wrote customer service concerning having funds refunded that were charged for changing our travel date due to urgent medical care that was needed. I have not heard back from anybody yet. Travel date was from dec 1 2001 to Nov 30th 2011 from Eleuthera Bahamas to Ft. Lauderdale Florida. Names, Steve, Sascha & Aileen Rosin.

You need to call 1- 800-932-2732 to check on the status of your refund. However, if you did not get you cancelleation confirmed before your travel date, then it is unlikely you will get any of your money back.
