The most common fault resulting in this 403 error is a mistake in entering the URL (Web address). In this case the correct URL will be something like http://losangeles.craigslist.org/, where your city's name appears instead of "losangeles."

If that doesn't work for you, go to http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/403error.htm and scroll down to How To Fix the 403 Forbidden Error, where you'll see mutiple possible solutions.

If your getting an invalid certificate message, make sure the date and time is set correct on your computer.

a 403 error message means your are not authorized to view the content on the webpage.
