How Can I Download My Mms Picture Messages Without My Phone Being On But My Wi-f

This will depend on the brand/make and model number of your Cricket Wireless phone. If, however, you mean doing this with the phone on off mode then do note that that will sadly not be a possibility as power flow on the phone is necessary for the Wifi anntena to function.
