Fi Error And Tray Full
The F1 error is flashing still after I unplugged it etc. Do I really have to contact the customer service or can I fix it myself? Also, the tray is now full but i'm unable to empty it. Does the water tray slide out or am I SOL?

This reflects a clogged water filter. Replace the limescale filter. (For a replacement, call 877-882-860.)
