No Cold Air.

the screen has the signal of Boost, airco and volume ( 6 stripes/blocks) and its temperature is 18 degrees C. Still its blows "normal"air and no cold air. The tube is hanging outside for getting off warm air and doors and windows are closed. Water is refilled, filters are clean. Now what ? thanks for helpin. regards, Peter
