Bco320t 5-10 Cup Coffee Timer Combinat - Not Heating

Hello,We bought this coffee maker - Model No. 0132411001 - online from DeLonghi on 03/27/2016. Order Way, Portsmouth , NH 03801The coffee maker is not heating and dripping the water. So it is not making coffee.The steam maker does heat the water.Can we return this for repair or replacement? Please advise.Thank you,Monique Korba
