Have Dish Tv, Screen Has Grey Box With No Signal

Hi ts612, my name is Mike Houston a Social Media Representative at DISH and I am happy to help you with the no signal issue. Is the issue on TV1 or TV2? If TV2, press the buttons on the TV1 remote of; Menu-#6-#1-#5 for the Modulator Screen. You will see what channel TV2 is supposed to be on, go to the 2nd TV and make sure it is on that channel.
