Wireless Control Module/wireless Ignition Node

I'm facing a huge trouble with my 2008 Dodge Charger SXT 3.5L... Hopefully someone can help me out. Yesterday i parked my car and turned it off, just like always, then went to re-start, the door opened normally using the OEM key fob and the odometer lights up when I open the door and the chime comes on when the key goes in, the interior lights work, bright as usual, headlights work also, so it's not the battery. When I turn the key to accessory, a little red light under the gas gauge flashes once.. No other lights on the instrument panel come on, neither does the radio, and when I turn it to start...nothing happen no cranking or anything !! I tried disconnecting the positive terminal under the hood to maybe re-set something, no help. I checked fuses and all was fine.. I towed the car to the dealer and they diagnose the problem and told me it is from the Wireless Control Module (WCM) and they need to replace it and the cost of replacing plus labor charge is around 700 dollars !!  My question here is the (WCM) is same as (WIN) ??
