I Registered With Eharmony Approximately Two Months Ago, And When Go Into Accoun
I registered with your service approximately two months ago and submitted required payment, and now am unable to view photos of people responding or send messages. Why would I have to upgrade and pay again to have access to those services?

"I registered with your service...." It's not our service. We're an independent help site not connected with eHarmony.
This is likely covered by eHarmony's terms of service. As you probably know, websites very often require agreement to such terms before the service begins, and users of the various services tend to give scant attention to the terms. So what you now need to do first is review the terms with respect to the point you're raising. If you agreed to those terms in advance then, unfortunately, you may be bound by them even if you didn't read them. If however eHarmony acted outside those terms then you are entitled to a refund or perhaps a waiver of the upgrade requirement. You may be entitled to a similar concession if other promotional materials misled you on the same point.
After reading the terms if you want to pursue the matter you can reach eHarmony at 800-951-2023. Even in the worst case if you're polite and not demanding or accusatory, eHarmony may offer you a monetary or other concession. Good luck!
