How Do I Know Which Ink Cartridge To Replace

I have an Epson RX500 all-in-one at home. It tells me what to replace when a cartridge runs low.

Make sure you have the Espon Print Manager software loaded. It will communicate with the printer and notify you when things get low. Go here to download drivers and the print manager software as well as user and service manuals: http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?cookies=no&oid=130786&infoType=Downloads&platform=Windows32&prodoid=63084540

Open the scanner deck and the ink cartridges will be visible and easy to identify. Usually you press the "Color" button first to move the slide to a place where you can get at it.

Do not remove and replace used cartridges. If you remove it, replace it with a new one, even if it still has ink in it.
