Error Report When Verifying Email On Facebook

Basically my account was disabled for 'Spam' I have no spammed what so ever. I went onto the Facebook Help Centre to write out an appeal on this link : http://www.facebook.com/help/contact/?id=260749603972907 I filled it all out and it asked me to verify my account to prove I own it.after I verify the account it goes through some sort of process and then I end up with an error page.http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/688/fberror.jpg/I've tried contacting Facebook through E-mail about this problem, I've had no reply,I've used the Help Centre to contact Facebook about the Help Centre but since they don't have a Help Centre category I used another section to reach them but still no reply or no action.I've tried 2 different computers and 5 different browsers, they all end up with the same outcome.please give me some advice as to what I should do. Thanks.

Sorry you're having problems. It's difficult to help you because despite your lengthy description you do not quote the error message reflecting the current problem. The image link you sent is essentially unreadable.

It appears that Facebook has detected suspicious activity on your account and has temporarily suspended it as a security precaution. This may be because an unfamiliar computer had gained access to your Facebook account. It is also possible that your password was "phished," or stolen by a website designed to look like Facebook.

You will be able to regain access to your account once the automated security verification process is completed.
