Icicles In Freezer
Have turned down halfway to Cold from Normal. Icicles still hang from top of compartment and from top shelf on door. Should I turn it all the way down to cold - or is it some other problem?

Hello tccurleigh - If I may suggest, as it is a Top Mount; there is a vent towards the back of the freezer that circulates air from the freezer section to the fresh food section. If this vent is blocked by too many items in the freezer it will cause the unit to work harder making it colder in the freezer and keeps the air from flowing down to the refrigerated section. If you would, make sure that the vent is not blocked so that air can travel from the vent down to the refrigerated part. This will decrease the temperature in the freezer, allowing for ice cream to be pliable and the fresh food section to become colder. Should you find these suggestions unsuccessful I would recommend contacting a professional to move forward accurately.
