I Placed A 102 Dollar Order Then They Cancelled My Order For No Reason Charged M

i placed a 102 dollar order today online with gamestop i recieved my confirmation email then five minutes later they said my ENTIRE order had been cancelled through another email. but they charged my card. the customer service number they gave me i was on hold for 30 minutes and they did nothing said they didnt know what to tell my yet verified that my order had been cancelled??? i want those games that i paid for?
