Problem With Gmail Calendar Program (part Of The Gmail Package)

1/27/16First of all, after reading many customer comments on your own site, I see that your Customer Service staff is very difficult to deal with. Please prove them wrong...I use Gmail on my iPhone 5 and I'm told that the Calendar is a Google/Gmail program. First, I spoke to Apple and they advised that they can't get Google to help solve this problem that I'm having as follows:When I create a Calendar appointment, very often, I set 2 alerts; the first one for a time further ahead than the 2nd alert, i.e; Appointment is for 2/1/16 at noon. I set my first alert for 2 days in advance of the appointment. I set my 2nd alert for 2 hours in advance. The program SWITCHES those alerts (1st alert becomes 2nd and 2nd alert becomes 1st) which is ridiculous. When I try to switch the 2 alerts to the correct positions, the alerts then are set for the IDENTICAL time and can't be corrected...even more ridiculous. Apple's Customer Service Rep got the same result on his iPhone 5 and his co-worker got the same result on HIS iPhone 6. This is obviously a program problem that Google doesn't want to deal with since according to Apple, they have tried, but can't get any resolution from Google to the problem. This calendar reminder function is extremely important to me, as I'm sure it is to many other customers.Please contact me at your earliest possible convenience to let me know what will be done to correct this obviously long-term problem. Sorry for your problems. However, we're an independent help site not connected with Google. Google does not generally offer customer service by phone (you can try for it at 650-623-4000), although the paid Google services frequently do offer that. Some pages offer canned questions to send. If as is likely an answer doesn't satisfy, you'll have the opportunity to reply with a further question. Some help pages have "Additional Resources" listed at the right. You can complain to Google using the following corporate contact information--but I'd be surprised if it got you any usable help:
