I Have Bad Experiencee In You Poland E-bank

I have been Poland for 5 months. I use your e-bank for 3 months. Recntly  I put the US 30000 term depodit for one month.The date of mature I think I could withdaw the cash out.  And like before, I go to market to exchange and put the polish cureency in your bank . But the tragedy came, your system automatic exchange my money to Polish Zolty. I was trapped by your system before I put the term deposit condition.  And I lost US 1000 exchage rate only one second. It is bad story for my experience. I will show more peoplethat your bank has really worked suck for the customer who will nerver put the exchage rate in you e-bank.  Becuse the big aount money could negotiate or the lpocal market is better than your bank. So why your e-bank system show the exchane rate for people never will use it. I lose US 1000 exchange if I was  negotiated with your branch or went to local market to exchange it.
