Internet Business Banking
I'm out of emirates. My Security Code Device stopped working. I registered a complaint and then it started working after around two days.
Now the problem is that when I logon, for internet business, it appears that "your personal ID / or Security Code is invalid. Sometimes, it appears that your account has been suspended temporarily.
Resultantly, I can not do any business. What is the solution for this. My company account is with HSBC Sharjah.
