Greetings - Tap f8 repeatedly right before the Windows logo appears (or simply just before Windows starts loading) > if successful, you will be presented with the Advance Boot Menu amongst which there should be Safe Mode. Another one is to press and hold the power button untill the computer shuts down while Windows is loading > then turn it back on and leave it alone and you should be presented with the Advanced Boot Menu on some versions.
