Can I Return Custom Cut Glass If They Cut It Wrong?

I purchased a piece of museum glass custom cut at my local store for a project I was going to assemble at home. I brought the project in for them to measure and they gave me the glass wrapped in paper to take home. It was $44. When I ogot home I discovered that they cut it 1/8" too small in both dimensions. Can I return it? This was their error
