Account Access/password Reset

Can't remember password, no alternate email access and the system is not accepting my security question answers. Now the account is locked.

After several unsuccessful sign in attempts, Windows Live ID automatically sets a "locked out" period. This prevents access to your account, even when the correct password is supplied for security reasons.
