Unable To Access My E-mail Account
I have tried to resset my password and have been unsuccessful the alternate e-mail is not correct and I do not know how to change the imformation

After several unsuccessful sign in attempts, Windows Live ID automatically sets a "locked out" period. This prevents access to your account, even when the correct password is supplied for security reasons.
