New Code In Hotmail Account

To regain access to your account, you can validate your account ownership in our Microsoft account recovery support. You’ll be given the option there to provide an active alternate email address where you want to receive a code/password reset link. Please follow these steps to go to our account recovery page:

1. Go to this link: https://account.live.com/password/reset  ;

2. Tick on I think someone else is using my Microsoft account.

3. Click Reset your password.

4. Enter your Microsoft account.

5. Enter the characters you see in the picture.

6. Click Next.

7. I can't use any of these options.

8. Enter your contact email.

9. Click Continue.

10.Validate your identity by providing as much information as you can in the Microsoft account recovery page.

11.Follow the on-screen instructions thereafter.

When asked to enter an email address in Where should we contact you field, please enter the email where you want to receive the code.
