New Computer With Only Windows 10 Won't Download Incredimail

All your bogus so-called technical help with Windows 10 "fix" is exactly that - BOGUS! You have made no fix for people who have bought a NEW computer with ONLY WINDOWS 10 INSTALLED. You offer a ridiculous fix that does nothing for Windows 10 exclusively. You address the matter as though everyone still has Windows 7 or 8. This "fix" is of virtually NO fix whatsoever. THEN you have the unmitigated gall to try to suck $99 for faithful customers such as myself who has had Incredimal as a Gold Member since 1999 to simply do what is necessary to facilitate for FREE the needed TRUE FIX for exclusively Windows 10 and no other platform. Don't you HEAR us people screaming that we can't use IncrediMail if we ONLY have Windows 10 on our computer??? Do we have to continue to say it over and over again with no help from you, only a greedy hand wanting money from us? I figure if you have 5,000,000 customers throughout the world and 1,000,000 of us now have ONLY Windows 10 and you want $99 to make IncrediMail operational for us only if we PAY you, you are making a killing of $1,000,000.00 from this new Windows 10. You are ripping us off. I want a REAL FIX, not for an old computer who has simply upgraded to Windows 10. Literally "get with the program". I want REAL SUPPORT and service and shouldn't have to pay you $99 for your company to make available your email platform available after being a Gold Member since 1999!!!! I am making sure that I tell everyone I know about how shabbily your company has become in treating it's "Gold Member"! BAAA!!!
