Problem With Incredimail Support Who R Not Reading Problem I Am Having.

What problem are you having with Incredimail?

Response submitted May 27th, 2012 9:54 AMThe problem is that I paid for a lifetime membership of the gold gallery. Now if I want to download something, it tells me that I have to pay.
I gave them the licence no etc., and they came back with a link so I could download the information to a datacab on the desktop and send it back to them.
Unfortunately, there is a fault while I'm downloading this information so only some of the information is on it.
I cannot get rid of this icon and start over again as it say I have to get permission.
I keep getting a standard letter, repeating instructions that don't work and I refer them back to previous e-mails that I have sent and still have not heard anything.
Is there anyway you can help.
Look forward to hearing from you and hope you can advise me on this problem

You suggested I get to Incredimail through Firefox - this didn't solve the problem.
Do you have a telephone number for Incredimail Customer Services. I need to tell them about my problem with their help line who are not listening to my problem.

Try this, open up IE and go to Incredimail's website, then try to download from the gold gallery there. I know if you use a different browser it will not accept the Incredimail cookie at times. I normally use Firefox and I started having that problem and was forced basically to use IE to download anything from the Gold Gallery via IE.

Other than that you can try resetting IE's internet connection by going to TOOLS, OPTIONS, ADVANCED and clicking on RESET.
