Dishwasher Will Not Turn On Touchpad Dead

my d/w will sometimes not work, no power light, no controls work, its happened a few times so far, ive tried reseting the breaker, sometimes it will work after, opening and closing the door sometimes works as well, im thinking a loose connection but am unsure, can anyone help.
