Activation Code

I bought magicJack plus, i paid the money and the extra 10 dollars to get a Canadian number. They gave me a number and everything but they did not send me an activation code, therefore when I am trying to use it (by calling other numbers) the number that appears on their phones is not the ones magicjack gave me, and when they try to call me it says the call cannot be connected. what should i do?
