I Just Received Magicjackplus And Can Not Get To The Screen To Register It

I can not get the magicjackplus to work and register it. It will not go to the screen that will register it.

To register it, you had to hook up the device to your computer via its USB port. Then follow the onscreen prompts. Assuming you did that:

Your device may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, simple actions will resolve the problem, as outlined here.

If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
