I Need Help Getting My Contacts Back After Re-plugging In My Magic Jack

I had it unplugged a couple of months - now it wants me to re-register or sign-in to get my contacts. I did sign in with my email address and password but no luck. I have multiple years on my account after my first year of usage. I received email messages of calls while it was unplugged. Help please?
