Problem With Attach The Optical Tube

Hiwe bought a new lx70 reflector 6' telescope.We are trying to mount it but arrived at point 10 "attach tte optical tube" we aren't able to go forwardWe have two pieces the withe OTA and the blue structure made of two cradle rings connected by a bar and we do not understand how connect them. There are no scews that we can use for thiscould you help us?
