Person Can't Hear Me On Earbud But I Hear Them
When I call someone on my phone with the ear set in I can hear them but it can't hear me what is the problem

Press and hold the Call button while turning on the headset to start Settings menu, then follow the voice prompts to turn these featurs on/off:
Restore Factory Settings: Reset default settings on your headset. ...
