Closing My Account And No Longer Paying My Annual Fee
It seems impossible to close my MozyHome account. I can't manage to log in online - it doesn't seem to recognise my details and takes me straight to a blank page; nor can I find a telephone number in orto speak to a real human being. HOW CAN I STOP PAYING MOZY FOR A SERVICE I NO LONGER WANT OR NEED?

To cancel your MozyHome account:
- Log into your account, https://mozy.com/login.
