Connecting On My Tv

I have a Blueray player with a Netflix button which used to work. When I press the Netflix button now, it asks me if I want to set up my internet settings. If I press yes it asks if I want auto or custom. I select auto, then continue, it days save and connect, I select that and it says connecting to the network. It then times out, "failed". How do I get my Netflix to work?

Thanks for the information you provided, however, it didn't help. When I press the Netflix button, I don't get an option to sign in or set up a new account. The only option I get is the one mentioned in my original question. How do l get to the sign in option?

Thanks
