My Ramp Is Frozen In The Highest Position. Won't Come Down.
ramp is stuck in highest level will not come down for lower resistance how can i lower it?

How do you fix an incline on an elliptical?
Select "Settings" and then "Maintenance." While standing off of the elliptical, select "Calibrate Incline" and then "Begin." Wait for the elliptical to come to a complete stop before standing on it. When it has finished calibrating, your elliptical's screen will show a "Calibration Complete" message

How do I reset my nordictrack elliptical?
Press either the "Start" or "Program Select" button three times. This will reset the console to normal operating mode. Use the machine as usual.
