How To Change Battery

The innovative recumbent cycle requires no
batteries or external power source. Instead, power
is supplied by a generator as you pedal. Note: To
operate the resistance buttons, you must pedal at a
pace of about 30 revolutions per minute (rpm) or faster.
Begin pedaling:To activate the console, simply begin pedaling.
After a few seconds, the entire display will
appear for two seconds; the console will then be
ready for use.
