Mc361: Multiple Pc's State 'offline' In Status

I have MC361 that recently stopped receiving print jobs. It will scan however. The status of the printer in the printer dialogue box states "offline". I'm running Win10 Pro. Is this a known software/driver issue or does it sound more like a hardware/IC board issue?
