Depositing A 3rd Party Check.
I have an active account with PNC Bank, I want to deposit a check for my future daughter in law from a title company for an escrow payment. Have her endorse the check to me in front of bank personnel and not withdrawal anything until the check clears. Let me add they know me at this bank by name as soon as I walk in and I do not want to withdrawal anything until the check clears and the bank is satisfied it's a good check. It's a large amount, 20,000 plus from an escrow account. They can call the title company to verify it's a good check. Will this be possible?
