How To Transfer To Voicemail
How do I transfer an employee - calling from an outside line - to his voicemail?

You will need to program one on your softkeys, one of the 24 on the right side of the phone, to do voicemail transfer (VTR).
To do this press the PROG key, usally the first in the row under the LCD display, and use the down arrows till you get to VTR. Then press the ENTER button and exit out of the programing mode using the EXIT button below the LCD display. Be sure to lable the key Voicemail Transfer (VTR) for future use.
Now all you have to do when you want to transfer a call to voicemail is press the programed voicemail transfer button, dial the voicemail extension or press the programed name key, and hang up.
This will transfer the call straight to voicemail.
