Philips Aj300d/12 Power To Dock But Nothing Else Works At All. Please Help.

This aj300d/12 has hardly been used. i had it packed safely in own package. Whe I connected it up again it took power to the ipad dock but nothing at all works. as I connected it, life did seem to come to the screen but went straight off as if a fuse blew. do not see sign of a fuse and no way to open. please give advice or even a wiring diagram might help. please help, regards Andy.From South Africa
