Is It Possible To Fix My Up Volume Button?
Hello, my name is Dave. I am contacting you with a question about a Phillips AJ611 kitchen clock radio. I just received this, and it was used. Everything works great. Everything, except the up volume button. It is like pushed in and stuck. You can see it is not flat, and curves inward. And no matter where or how hard you press. You can not make the up button work at all. Sometimes you can actually press it. But it never turns the volume up. Sometimes it will turn the volume down, and sometimes it will do the down preset button. I was just curious if you have ever heard of anything like this before. Or if you maybe have any ideas of what I could do to fix it. I REALLY like this unit. And would really love to use it. But it's hard when the volume is all the way down, and you can't turn it up.
