The Device Does No Longer Recognize A Cd. Motor Spins

The AJ3980 does no longer recognize inserted CDs. Cleaned Lens several times with a soft feld pad. The laser LED lits up, Lens moves up and down, trying to focus, but it does not seem to be able to read anything what could be recognized to the player. This runs several times, while the CD accelerates on, until it quits attempting to read. Display then says "nF CD" (no CD found). Any Hints ? Thank you in advance.

Try cleaning the laser lens by playing a CD lens cleaning disc. If that doesn't solve, consider the suggestions at https://www.usa.philips.com/c-f/XC000008826/error-nf-disc,-no-rf,-or-unfinalized-on-my-philips-player.
