How Do I Wet The Time On The Dc2908?
We have a Philips Dc2908 with no manual and no ovbious controls to set the time and operate. Where do I get these without downloading a new pdf program?

To set the time, press the down arrow on the left circle control once. The hour should blink. Then, on the RIGHT side, press the LEFT or RIGHT arrows to run the hour to the correct time. When you have it, press the down arrow (Set TIME/PROG) on the left circular control again. This should move the blinking to the minutes. Adjust the minutes the same way on the right dial. The only way I can figure out how to 'register' the new times is to press the center of the left dial which starts the radio, then I turn it off and everything is set correctly.

I have the same one! To set the time and date, do the following steps...
1) In standby mode, press and hold SET TIME/PROG for 2 seconds
V27; [12 HR] begins to blink
2) Press OK/`54; ll to select the 12/24 hour format
3) Press SET TIME/PROG to confirm
V27; The hour digits begin to blink
4) Press l`64;/`54;l to set the hour
5) Press SET TIME/PROG to confirm
V27; The minute digits begin to blink
6) Repeat steps 4-5 to set the minute, year, month, and day
