Why?

I ordered from your stockbridge, ga. Location and it was horrible. I've switched from papa John's to pizza hut cause my wife loves your pasta. Dont think I will be ordering again. Ordered my pizza at 8pm on a Wednesday and didn't receive my order until 10. The pizza was cold and burnt. I ordered a dinner box with cheese sticks and didn't get those. This is quite possible the worst experience I've had with this company and I order a lot. I feel the 30 dollars I spent sent down the drain with crappy service and crappy food. I called at 930 to find out what was going on and the guy told me that it was on the way and they were experiencing high volume and hung the phone up on me. Very disappointed.
