Hello deborahfowler,

If you are receiving an error when trying to register for Club Pogo with your card and you are sure that there are no problems with the card itself, follow this alternate registration process:

Go to www.pogo.com and click on the Sign In link on the upper right-hand corner
Enter your Pogo.com Screen Name and Password and click on the Sign In button
Click on the My Account link on the upper right-hand corner
You will be prompted to enter your Password again for verification purposes
Click on Edit Billing Information (second to last link)
You should now see your Subscription and Billing Information page
At the top, under My Subscription Information, you should see an option to Start your 2-week Free Trial Today
Click on the Start your 2-week Free Trial Today link (you aren't really starting the free trial again)
You will now see a Club Pogo sign up page
Choose your plan (Monthly, quarterly or Yearly) and enter your billing information

If you continue to have problems registering with the your card, you may want to try using a different card, if available.
