Renew Membership

I want to renew my yearly membership. I have been in the hospital from Septeber to Nov 18, at which time I was transferred to a rehab center, and still here. All this time I don't know what went on with my account. I learned that Rehab has computers for the patients to use. I finally got on a couple weeks ago and saw that my account has lapsed. I tried to get on but can't remember my password, nor my email password. Will you please help me?

Sorry to see the past few months have been pretty rough for you, although getting better, I assume.

As for Pogo Games, the instructions on how to retrieve a forgotten screenname and/or password can be viewed here

Once at the link you can review both options. However, if you do not have access to the email from when you signed up with Pogo then you would need to choose the 2nd option.

Once you are able to log into Pogo again, you can renew your Club Pogo Membership for access to all the games, additional tokens, gems, etc.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to obtain the information to access Pogo games, you may want to consider creating a new Pogo account. Although, you would not have access to the items, badges or tokens from the original account. But these items remain in the original account if you should gain access to this one account again.
